Paediatric Physiotherapy Associates is passionate about providing educational opportunities for therapists. We hold monthly, in-house education in-services for our therapists on a variety of topics. In addition, we host 1-2 courses/year for both our therapists and others who practice nationally and internationally. Upcoming courses will be posted here.

Advanced Dynamic Core for Kids – Pelvic Health Edition
November 2023
An understanding of pelvic floor dysfunction and continence is beneficial for all paediatric physiotherapists and occupational therapists, as it is a challenge faced by many children and families. The instructors for this course, Shelley Mannell and Julie Wiebe, will provide a comprehensive understanding about the complex systems involved in pelvic health and teach functional assessment and intervention strategies to use in the paediatric clinical setting.
Part 1- November 4th (Online)
Part 2- November 11th (In-person at Variety Village in Scarborough, ON)
Participants can choose to take Part 1 only or Part 1&2
