Sandy graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Sandy has worked in paediatrics throughout her career and has experience working with all age groups from the preterm infant, preschool and school-age children. Sandy has worked in a variety of paediatric settings including hospitals, in the community, special needs schools, treatment centers and private practice. She has worked in South Africa and England and currently works part time at The Hospital for Sick Children in the Neonatal Neurodevelopmental Follow Up Clinic. Sandy has a special interest in paediatric neurology. She her completed numerous post graduate courses including Intermediate NDT, CME Level 1 & 2, core stability, kinesiotaping, paediatric foot deformities and management and Prechtl Method of General Movement Assessment. Sandy is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Sandy provides home visits in Brampton, Mississauga, Milton and Oakville.
