Krista graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2005 and obtained her Masters of Science in PHysical Therapy in 2016.. She has worked at SickKids since 2007, with prior experience working with children and adults in a private practice setting. She has gained extensive experience in the area of Oncology resulting in proficiency in treating children with a variety of complex neurological, musculoskeletal and developmental needs. Krista is passionate about maintaining proficiency in all areas of practice with continuing education and has completed training in areas such as Advanced NDT, New Paradigms in the Management of Foot and Ankle Deformity, taping, Core Connections, Assessment of General Movements in Neonates, and has some training in Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Krista also maintains high standards of practice through involvement with the University of Toronto and holds a Status Appointment with the Department of Rehabilitation. She is a therapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Krista provides home visits in Halton region (Milton, Oakville).
