Jhaelyn completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to this she completed her Bachelors of Biomedical Science at Trent University. Her passion for physiotherapy began during her years as a dancer and was further solidified after experiencing an injury of her own. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the impact that rehabilitation can have, and it drives her to help others return to the activities they love. Jhaelyn has completed clinical placements at SickKids and Kids Physio Group, where she worked with a variety of paediatric populations. She has also worked with patients across all age groups and is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care to support each person's unique goals and needs. Outside of the clinic, Jhaelyn enjoys staying active through exercise, spending time at her cottage, and going on adventures with friends. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm from her personal life into her practice, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients. Jhaelyn is a member in good standing with with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is working as a physiotherapy resident at the Abilities Centre in Whitby and providing home visits in in Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle and Port Hope.
