In 2001, Andrea received her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. In 2015, she completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Andrea has worked in the field of paediatrics for most of her career and has gained broad experience having worked with infants to school age children at numerous children’s treatment centers throughout the province. She is currently working at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and has gained extensive experience working with children with neurological impairments and motor development delay. Andrea continually strives to enhance her knowledge of pediatrics and has completed several post graduate courses including Intermediate NDT, relationship between movement and breathing, postural control and dynamic core, kinesiotaping, management of foot deformities, strengthening for neurological impairment and treatment of children with low muscle tone. Andrea is an ADP authorizer for ambulation aids. She also holds a status appointment with the University of Toronto and is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Andrea provides home visits in Toronto.
